This is a "hands-on" position, in an extremely fast paced, highly automated, manufacturing environment. The qualified candidate must display stong technical engineering and leadership skills, in order to improve and maintain highly complex equipment and systems, needed to support full production, in all aspects of a multi-shift operation. This position will report to the President of the Company.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Directs and supervises the Maintenance Manager in all aspects of the Maintenance Department functions.
Oversee Production Engineering Department.
Design and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, procedures, work instructions and methods.
