Sr Director of Oracle Project Management
Responsibilities:
Telephonics Corporation is in the process of implementing Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 (ERP system). This position will have full responsibility for all implementation issues and lead the ERP project to completion. This individual will serve as the lead implementation Project Manager and provide business expertise to all areas including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance/Projects, and Human Resources. This candidate must have the ability to lead negotiations with third party service providers in addition to managing the project scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk management. The candidate will interface daily with consulting firmSystem Integrators’ Project Managers and will be responsible to present weekly executive overviews which will include program status to program schedules and program actual expenses to budget. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Requirements:
· Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
· 15+ years of experience implementing and leading large scale Oracle ERP implementations.
· Must have project management experience within a technology oriented company environment. Implementation experience in Project-centric manufacturing companies a plus in the Aerospace Defense.
· Advanced communication, leadership and interpersonal skills required.
Must have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret Clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
