Skills

Required:

• Broad understanding of commodity markets and trading workflows required. Preference for experience at exchanges, major commodity end-users or other entities that either generate or use price discovery and assessments as part of their core business process.
• Successful track record of at least 10 years leading or managing major projects, product marketing or new product development in a publishing or technology environment required.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix culture
• MBA preferred
• Ability to write effective business plans and internal and external communications required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in strategic and financial analysis
• Strong process management skills
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior management and speak publicly
• Organizational savvy: Excellent relationship-building skills, as well as team-management skills
