Senior Director -TB Sales International Corporates
My client a top Transaction Banking institution is looking for a senior Director on the TB Sales side of the business to focus on Global Corporates.
They boast a top platform in the market and are looking for professional with a number of years in the market to come on board.
Role:-
- Bring in new business and develop existing by working closely with client, global account manager and senior management.
- Establish communications within client network and bank network to achieve knowledge of client global requirements, opportunities and client goals.
- Cross sell and market to existing and potential clients the full complement products and services offered by the Bank.
- Self managing to be able to work with Head of Transaction Sales and GAMs to develop country sales plans in line with overall relationship and Transaction Banking business plans.
- Ensure that new relationships or ongoing requirements of existing clients attain maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile requirements by carrying out detailed financial analysis of the client accounts and develops proposals within defined bank procedure
- Proactively work with client Head Office to tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs, negotiate terms conditions.
- Match customers' needs with product/service capabilities through presentation of tailored demonstrations and proposals. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to maximize revenue and profitability. Provide structured, creative solutions to meet the specific working capital requirements of our customers and prospects.
- To train Client Relationship RMs and other Transaction Banking Sales Managers in product knowledge, provide technical product expertise and conduct joint calls to ensure joint sales goals are met, new revenue opportunities are identified and customer feedback on product and competition is obtained.
- Ensure smooth implementation of product sales. Facilitate customer service issues and to ensure a high level of post-sales service is made available to the clients at all times.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling and referrals to other lines within the bank through developing good understanding of client needs. Maintain on-going contact with customers to ensure targeted level of utilization.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product management of marketing strategies and tactics, and customer experience of the products and services offered.
Responsibilities:-
- Experience in a bank in a front office sales role is essential.
- Professional must know in depth – Cash management, Trade and Supply chain finance products
- Emerging markets experience is a plus with preference in Asia
- Basic credit skills and understanding of financial statement analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task
