Senior Drafter / Job Captain
- Complete contract document projects within schedule,
- Deliver high quality drawings that can be easily interpreted and utilized by contractors,
- Manage multiple deadlines,
- Work with minimal supervision,
- Have highly organized work methods,
- Pay attention to detail/ task completion,
- Have excellent written/ verbal communication skills,
- Interface with consultants, landlords and governmental agencies.
- 2-4 year professional architectural degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and current construction standards
- Knowledge of codes, and the ability to successfully complete the permitting process with aid and supervision of the Project Manager.
- Understanding of architectural design and related fields
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Sketch-Up and other related programs is preferable.
