Senior Due Diligence Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Serves as the first point of contact in Risk Compliance for all Due Diligence sales, working with colleagues in Sales and directly with the client to capture the requirements of each new deal.

Works closely with other managers globally to correctly match resources to tasks, ensuring proper resourcing is available per the areas of language expertise specified by the client.

Works closely with other Data Strategy managers globally to drive efficiencies and ensure proper resourcing is available.

Defines workflows, processes and procedures for the efficient management of DD report development and production.

Establishes quality procedures, standards and measures to ensure high quality output.

Manages two teams of Quality Analysts who ensure the relevant quality standards are met.

Harnesses technology to minimize repetitive manual tasks and build efficiencies into operational processes.

Defines, implements and oversees policies and procedures to improve the customer experience.

Oversees all aspects of editorial tool development including defining functional requirements, overseeing testing, authoring user documentation and the global rollout and training of users.

Works closely with the Product, Legal and Compliance groups to ensure the highest possible standards of global data and process compliance.

Negotiates and maintains relationships with information providers.
