This role is responsible for providing project and thought leadership in the implementation of industry leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities and supporting technologies. Engagements will include assessment of client processes and performance metrics, identifying and quantifying value enhancement opportunities, facilitating client teams through process redesign and strategy development, and developing plans and implementing EAM solutions for clients. Maintains awareness and builds eminence in emerging EAM trends such as OT/IT convergence and SmartGrid intelligent assets. Participates in the development of business/sales opportunities that achieves individual and Sector targets. Required * High School Diploma/GED * At least 5 years experience in management consulting including business process redesign, business case development, and engagement leadership * At least 4 years experience in Enterprise Asset Management implementation/operations * At least 4 years experience in working knowledge of Telecommunications site operations (cell towers and related infrastructure) or Electric Utility TandD (electric and/or gas) and/or Generation operations * At least 2 years experience in working knowledge of EAM applications - Maximo a plus * Basic knowledge in utility accounting and customer field service * Basic knowledge in GIS, scheduling and mobile workforce management solutions * Basic knowledge in leading large scale EAM Systems Integration / Business Transform projects, including integration with ERP * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Intermediate Preferred * Bachelor's Degree * At least 6 years experience in Enterprise Asset Management implementation/operations * At least 6 years experience in working knowledge of Telecommunications site operations (cell towers and related infrastructure) or Electric Utility TandD (electric and/or gas) and/or Generation operations * At least 2 years experience in utility accounting and customer field service * At least 2 years experience in GIS, scheduling and mobile workforce management solutions * At least 2 years experience in leading large scale EAM Systems Integration / Business Transform projects, including integration with ERP IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
