Description To serve as the primary electrical engineer in a fast-paced research and development environment. Conduct research and development of new and innovative electrical devices with applications to the U.S Government. Assist a team of engineers and technicians in the design, integration and construction of electronic circuit boards and components Qualifications: Able to use design software to design circuit boards and electrical schematics. " Able to program microprocessors and field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). " Knowledge in high-level programming languages. " Knowledge in high-level circuit boards, integrated circuits custom electronics hardware and devices. Ensure necessary policies are applied to systems. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering minimum, with Master's Degree in Engineering preferred. (Electrical/computer engineer). Desired Skills: Must have a mix of hands-on experience and project management experience (2 years minimum), be a senior independent electrical engineer capable of working in all facets of electronic circuit board design and construction with the ability to integrate diverse components to create solutions.
