Senior Electrical Specialists Job in Calgary T2P 3W3, Alberta Canada
AMEC's Oil Sands division is currently looking to add Senior Electrical Specialists to our team in Calgary, AB.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• To carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by the lead electrical engineer
• Execute engineering activities (Concept, Front End Engineering Development, Technical Study Detailed Design)
• Act as a discipline focal point as required
• Maintain the required technical quality of work
• Identify scope and schedule changes in accordance with the Change Control Process
• Maintain planning and cost control on all scopes
• Ensure that designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures
• Provide technical assistance to discipline assigned personnel as required
• Review, check and approve work output of discipline assigned personnel as required
• Prepare estimates and schedules and assist in their review
• Assist the Lead Engineer and others when requested in the execution of their responsibilities and duties
Qualifications:
•Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or similar
• 5+ years experience in engineering or engineering technology
Salary: 105,000.00 - 150,000.00 per year
