Establish yourself and boost your career within a respected quality endorsed automotive company as a senior design engineer. You will be fully supported by the project team.
Reporting to the Head hardware Design Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Extensive experience in design for automotive applications from concept stage through to production.
- Hardware circuit design
- Performing calculations of electronic circuits
- Construction of prototype designs
- Testing of prototypes
- Design and develop robust cost effective circuit designs for automotive applications
- Requirements management
- System design to support interfaces with mechanical and software engineering
- Documentation to support the manufacture of the final products.
- Support the PCB designers with PCB layout

- A degree in Bachelor of Electronic Engineering and will enjoy the challenge of electronic design for mass production.
- Can demonstrate the hardware design for embedded applications
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Experience in design for manufacturing
- Exposure to automotive industry
- Capability to supervise, mentor and coach others.
There will be ample hands on training and we will help you develop your skills in Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper and/or Linux technologies.
