SENIOR ENDUR COMMODITIES IT DEVELOPER recruitment
The ideal candidate will be an experienced ENDUR Developer looking to head up a team of front office; developers, BA's and PM's, who work closely with the investment bank's trading desk, as part of a dynamic and autonomous team.
The project in question is to continue on a long term ENDUR integration, working hands on with the trading desk on a daily basis, training traders, trouble shooting and solving problems whilst mentoring junior developers on the team. This role will be one of the most visible in the investment banks commodities trading desk over the next few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled lead/senior developer to take a key role in this project and propel your career in one of the most prestigious investment banks in the world.
We are looking for a technically skilled developer with the natural ability to communicate and interact with traders. The role will involve working with a broad range of stakeholders and sponsors globally and will require someone to work within a high pressured, fast paced environment that wants to engage with all aspects of the business. A highly skilled technologist who can demonstrate their leadership ability and take the team forward is of vital importance.
Essential Skills
* Java, .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, AVS, JVS
* Experience of multiple OpenLink Endur/Findur implementation, rollout, development or support projects in a senior design or development role
* Ability to manage senior stakeholders within IT and trading businesses.
* Ability to manage high criticality incidents within a production trading context.
* Solution design or design oversight of multiple trading system implementations, whether package implementation or bespoke systems. Experience of the software lifecycle for packaged and bespoke systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Management skills are a plus
