Senior Energy Trading Systems Project Manager – London – up to £90K recruitment
They have a successful and sustained track record of growth, and to aid further expansion are now seeking a successful Senior Project Manager with experience in the ETRM market. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a growing company. Senior Project Managers either take responsibility for a single large and complex project, or have oversight responsibility for several less complex projects. The successful applicant will be expected to own these projects for the full lifecycle, from definition to post go-live delivery support.
After initial training on their software suite, the first project will be run jointly with an existing Project Manager, who shall provide the time and support necessary to become familiar with the software, implementation methodology and internal processes before managing projects alone.
Essential:
- Excellent team management skills
- Established experience managing large projects within the ETRM market
- Knowledge of the Gas, Power or Oil markets.
- A track record of successful delivery of full lifecycle ETRM implementations
- Many years experience of Project Management delivery
- Experienced at influencing and managing senior level clients
- Very proficient at presenting to board level audiences
- PMP or similar level project management certification preferred
- Managed projects with budget of $5million+ and project teams of up to 20
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Degree educated
Optional:
- Experience in developing a project management practice and methodology
- Experience mentoring more junior project resources
