Senior Enforcement Manager – Dubai, UAE recruitment
As part of the Enforcement team you will support the implementation of the department’s enforcement strategy and the administration and management of the Complaints Management System, assessing and responding to allegations of misconduct. You will be responsible for carrying out investigations into alleged contraventions of the laws and rules and prepare briefs of evidence. In addition, you will be required to support supervisory departments in carrying out their regulatory functions.
Applicants will have a wealth of experience in a regulatory, investigative or prosecutorial role with emphasis on financial services regulation. A strong knowledge of court procedure and practice is a must as well as a bachelors degree in a relevant profession. Having a good legal acumen is key with excellent English communication skills both oral and written. Strong lawyers with common law experience and tribunals experience or a forensic accountants will also be considered.
