Senior Engagement Leader (Director), Client MI recruitment

Key Roles Responsibilities

This senior leader will need to have a mutli-faceted responsibility as captured below:

•  Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement:  

oEstablish strong rapport with key Senior Stake-holders across business and finance streams across the globe, including Regional / Country Finance teams, Business Finance heads and Sales.. Act as a single point of contact for the MI services and ensure that all end user requirements are captured, prioritized and delivered

oFacilitate and engage appropriate forums to proactively communicate and manage expectations around Client MI services and ensure that issues are properly escalated and addressed

•  Work with the product management and support teams – MI Processing / Financial Control / Business Intelligence to ensure user requirements and strategies are firmly understood and embedded into the periodical release cycles for the individual products

•  Custodian of the end-to-end data flow / processing / quality assurance and reporting of all components connected with the MI activity

•  “Gate-Keeper” for the MI roadmap to support business aspirations and objectives -

oCentral co-ordination point for all requirements emanating from various business stakeholders

oManage business priorities for new projects / initiatives / change requests, involving cross business functional committees

oAssist Business to prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD) facilitating signoff and alignment to QMF processes

•  Coordination of signoffs for functional specification Support the user engagement from a testing perspective to ensure requirements are adequately tested and implemented in production

•  Establish / manage a robust working relationship with the offshore Service Delivery team for running of the operational processes on a BAU basis

•  Facilitate resolution of all issues raised from the Central Finance teams of OCC / TB / FM / CF, ensuring that strategic resolutions are channeled back to the individual product management teams

•  Lead initiatives that will facilitate maturing of the Client MI platform through linkages to the industry best practices, voice of customer etc.

•  Provide support to the Head of Finance Systems in terms of product requirements / budgeting / forecasting of forward load etc.

Qualifications

1.Exposure to working in a Customer MI stake-holder management role in a multinational bank with exposure to project management disciplines

2.Experience in managing senior stake-holders and having a good grasp on the Performance Management frame-work / expectations in a similar sized organization

3.Prior experience in managing inter-relationships between teams is mandatory

4.Cross cultural working experience is preferred

5.Strategic thinking and courageous in challenging accepted norms to gain efficiencies or exceed customer expectations

6.Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills including a track record in delivery on commitments

7. Ability to manage and influence virtual teams and matrix responsibilities to achieve goals
