Senior Engineer (f/m) Quality Assurance Job in Leverkusen 51371, Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany
Your tasks: High quality is our key to success. We offer you a key position within our Customer Service Team Quality Assurance. In this role you will take on responsibility for securing proper quality of European supplier's parts from a technical view and based on Mazda Japan's request. Your tasks will comprise managing launch processes of new parts to ensure robust quality and performing supplier audits (incl. supplier visits). Promoting supplier's quality improvement and quality concern resolutions will be another important part of your duties. You will also dismantle, measure and analyse returned engine components and report the results. Supporting the coordination and communication with business partners, public authorities and dealers as well as maintaining and improving the communication process between Mazda and its suppliers will complete your accountabilities. Your profile: You are perfectly prepared to perform state-of-the-art quality management in the automotive industry: with a degree in engineering or a similar technical education and with several years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the respective area. Here you have especially developed your communication and negotiation skills. Very good analytical understanding, high customer- and service-orientation and the ability to work independently within a culturally diverse environment are also pre-requisites for your success. The international contacts in this role demand very good knowledge of the English language, any other European language is an asset. You are well-acquainted with the usual MS Office applications, willing to travel frequently and convince us with strong team spirit.
