Senior Enterprise Business Architect Job in 07054, New Jersey Us

We are currently seeking a Sr Business Architect supporting the Sales, Marketing and/or New Product Planning for our  New Jersey location. This position will be responsible for managing the development of the enterprise business architecture (EBA), which represents the requirements, principles and models for the business customers goals, strategies, people, financials, processes and structure; leading and facilitating the development of plans that guide the business to a future state model through the development and execution of a business strategy roadmap; and the business evolution where technology is an accelerator. The incumbent will also serve as the primary interface to senior business leaders both communicating IT strategy, services and events while keeping IT abreast of business desires and activities; and be responsible for influencing, across the organization, the benefits of planning, strategy mapping, business readiness exercises, BPM initiatives and other business and IT development processes and initiatives.

 

Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will work with our client's executives and the organization's senior leaders to develop future state business roadmaps, current state assessments and gap analysis; be responsible for developing architectural models depicting the organization’s people, financials and processes in the context of the overall company’s objectives; and serve as the primary interface to senior business leaders both communicating IT strategy, services and events while keeping IT abreast of business desires and activities. Additionally, you will establish business priorities by consulting with senior business leaders in order to develop, document and share desired business outcomes to be measured against the enterprise strategic priorities; and be responsible for influencing across the organization, the benefits of planning, strategy mapping, business readiness exercises, BPM initiatives and other business and IT development processes and initiatives.

 

Education/Experience

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of work experience within Sales, Marketing and/or New Product Planning with a minimum of 6 years of experience in business strategy architecture within pharma domain. MBA is preferred. Experience in areas such as business process re-engineering, transformation, Six Sigma and Lean methods; and understanding and translating business needs into data architecture constructs is required in this role.
