Senior Equities Analyst – LATAM recruitment
Role Responsibilities
• Responsible for Analysing investment opportunities within the LATAM region in line with the teams investment process
• Be able to take portfolio management responsibility for Latam portions of GEM and BRIC funds including dealing and fund flow calculations
• Provide investment research on individual names in Latin America and produce stock research notes in line with the global emerging markets template
Background Experience
• Proven investment experience as an analyst in a fundamental bottom up investment house
• Experience of taking investment decision ideally within a portfolio management role
• Highly numerate with demonstrable quantitative skills
• CFA charterholder, IIMR or ACA qualified
• Knowledge of the LATAM markets would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite
• A fluency in Portuguese or Spanish would be an advantage but is not essential
