Generalist Global Buyside Equity Analyst Role Currently Live
A niche Family office dealing cross-asset is looking to expand within equities.
The fund is a multi-family seeded investment firm, and the successful candidate will have to demonstrate strong buyside equity experience from a sector specific or generalist basis alongside understanding of private clients and wealth. Financial qualifications and a record of top funds will be welcomed.
The right candidate should have:
- Buyside experience – it has been specified that an analyst with either long/only or long/short will be considered but that 2 years experience on the buyside is a minimum
- Entrepreneurially driven – whilst the fund is still in its early stages, particularly within equities,the investments will be split between just five analysts and so a motivated drive for long-term stocks is key
- A generalist sector coverage – equally a multitude of sector coverage at different funds will also be considered. Predominantly Consumer, Industrials, TMT and Healthcare stocks will be observed and so experience in these is also important.
- Excellent Financial Pedigree – ACA, ACCA, CFA or past experience within accounting is preferred
- A strong academic record – a minimum of 2.1 from Oxbridge or a top redbrick university is required
