The Charles River Project (CRD) is charged with moving Europe/Asia onto a robust platform that will support the firms continued growth.

The project is composed of a front and middle office, multi-asset class, multi-currency software solution that provides complete straight-through processing on a single, consolidated platform for 300+ clients in 35 countries.

The integrated suite that will be implemented includes:

• Decision Support

• Portfolio Management

• Order Management

• Electronic Trading

• Execution Management

The work on Fixed Income began in October 2010 and is set to deliver on time in June 2012. 

The Equities work is ready to begin and will follow an aggressive pace with delivery in June 2013.

Purpose of your role

The Senior Business Analyst role based in Hong Kong will initally have responsibility for gathering, collating and documenting business requirements, before moving on to support development and testing ahead of the Charles River Equities implementation in June 2013. 

The role will involve working closely with a number of teams translating business requirements into system requirements and designing system functional behaviours. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring the design is accurately understood and delivered by developers, ensuring full traceability between requirements and functionality delivered in the end product.
