What you will need to be successful in this role:
ü Degree or Trade qualified and have a minimum of 5Years experience in a similar role
ü A strong background in Fit-Out/Shop fitting/ interiors
ü Have a sound knowledge in using Buildsoft and Jobpac
ü Excellent PC skills including all MS office packages
ü Great networking skills and possessing a good web of previous contacts both architects and contractors would be a huge advantage
