Senior Estimator - Construction

Our Client
Our Client is a market leading contractor based throughout the UK and Europe they currently work on various projects throughout various sectors. They are looking for a Housing Estimators or/and well rounded senior estimator to join their team of estimators due to an increase in work load.
The role is based in the south east based out of one of three of there offices in the area so there is flexibility of the location of the employment.
The Role
The successful Senior level Estimator will be joining up to 9 estimators, manging up to 6 estimating staff. They will be expected to manage the bid, tendering and delivering of all projects ranging from special projects starting as little as £4million pounds up to projects ranging up to £30million based in the south east regions the south. The role will be based out of any of the four offices based in the region.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years experience in estimating/surveying in Construction estimating on projects ranging from £4million up to £30million
• Senior level position already managed with housing experience
• Experience at estimating special one off projects.
• Well rounded experience
• Experience in housing schemes
• Experience of contract controller using estimator software
• Experience in preparing interim applications and Final Accounts
• Experience in cost reporting
• Pre-contract experience
• Training less experience estimators
• Excellent presentation and pre-contract experience.
• Post contract liaison experience
