Senior Executive – Operational Transaction Services recruitment
The Operational Transaction Services - IT Capability team at Ernst Young currently has exciting and challenging opportunities. Our team is seeking to recruit Senior Executives (Managers) who will be able to build on their transactions and commercial experience, to work a number of diverse and demanding engagements.
Our team delivers a wide range of services, from complex IT due diligence, post merger integration, carve out/ separation, post deal value enhancement through to corporate restructuring. We deliver buy-side and sell-side engagements for corporate firms and private equity houses across the transaction life-cycle.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Executive - Operational Transaction Services will include:
-Advising and support clients through the complete deal lifecycle providing a range of sell-side and buy-side IT services to clients.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Senior Executive - Operational Transaction Services:
- Experience of transactions, ideally in performing of IT Due Diligence and/or IT post merger integration, separation/carve-out assignments
- Experience in industry in a Managerial capacity (within an organisation's IT department or on the IT supplier side)
- Experience of IT advisory and consulting within a professional services environment
- Broad knowledge and deep understanding of one or more core aspects of a typical IT function, including Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and Governance, Systems Integration and Application Development, IT Service Delivery, IT infrastructure, IT financials and dynamics of an IT function
- Programme and project management expertise with demonstrable experience in managing and being responsible for the delivery of successful programmes
- Knowledge of Structured methodologies and a familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL for Infrastructure, Systems Development Life Cycle methods and COBIT for IT governance
- Business administration or accounting knowledge (example MBA or CA or CIMA).
