Senior Expense Accoutant recruitment
Our client, a global market insurer, currently seeks a Senior Expense Accountant, to be based in London
The Senior Expense Accountant will be responsible for:
Supporting the monthly and quarterly expense reporting process, annual budget process and periodic forecast process
Assisting the Change Technology department, producing monthly cash forecasts and providing timely and transparent information to the Head of Change and Technology and the management team
Assisting the team in improving areas of expense reporting and support them in the implementation of the new forecasting system
Reporting to the Expense Reporting Manager, working closely with other members of the team, Finance Business Partners and the Business Reporting Team
Liaising with Finance Systems Support, IT and Cost Centre Managers as required.
As such, the successful Senior Expense Accountant will have the following skills and experience:
Qualified accountant (CIMA,ACA or ACCA)
Can demonstrate previous Business Partnering experience
Can demonstrate management of either a reporting or budgeting cycle
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivots
Able to communicate performance to non Finance users
Experience of Oracle and TM1 would be beneficial
