This exceptional company is now seeking to appoint a Senior Exploration Geologist to their energised team.
Reporting to the Exploration Manager this critical and challenging position will require you to manage and coordinate all aspects of the company’s exploration activities. You will be expected to evaluate gold bearing ore bodies, develop strategies and systems, manage and develop drill programs and provide effective team leadership through efficient delegation of field activities. You will also have significant input into the strategic growth of the project utilising your knowledge and experience gained from working on previous exploration activities.
To be successful in this role you will need a strong background in gold exploration, team management and a tertiary qualification in geology. You will be a highly committed and ambitious person, who will demonstrate previous experience in training and mentoring members of a team.
