Senior External Reporting Analyst Leading Retail Bank
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Qualified Accountant to join a leading global Bank. This role will give you frequent exposure to senior executives across the Retail Bank.
The role is responsible for the commentary and supporting analysis underlying all Retail Bank and Wealth Management external disclosures. This includes quarterly, half year and year end reporting. External disclosure includes not just the commentary in the financial documents, but also various investor and analyst presentations.
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering high level commentary and analysis to the board on the business performance
Providing ad-hoc support to senior business and finance management
Liaising with the Business Communication and Investor Relations team
Improving the global MI that is delivered to Senior Exec and Strategy
Leading on the management of transferring processes to the offshore team
The successful candidate will ideally be a Qualified Accountant and a strong communicator with good team building and interpersonal skills. You will also have excellent analytical skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
