Senior FC- Amsterdam recruitment
A leading pan-European Real Estate Investor is looking for a Senior Financial Controller to be based in its Amsterdam office. Reporting directly into the head of global fund accounting you will be tasked with leading a small team to oversee all management/financial accounting, and reporting of any assigned property companys. You will also be expected to provide commentary and analysis to senior level individuals within the business.
Given the nature of the role it is essential that you have had exposure to real estate fund accounting within a pan-European environment- ideally the Netherlands, but we could consider individuals from surrounding countries (e.g. Luxembourg, Germany etc). You should have a demonstrable track record in a property fund environment, and language skills are desirable (e.g. Dutch or German). We will also consider candidates who are looking to relocate from London and have had pan-European fund reporting exposure. Advanced excel skills are a must here.
