PURPOSE
Senior Fiduciary Accountant for Real Estate and Private Equity operations
DELIVERY
- Senior Fiduciary Accountant in charge of for Real Estate and Private Equity operations in Luxembourg.
- In charge of complicated Unregulated/Regulated structures for which she is responsible to process operations properly, in due time and with respect to the Accounting Principles of these structures (Lux GAAP, IFRS, etc…).
- In charge to deliver clear, accurate figures and support to our clients.
- In charge to review and validate files performed by Fiduciary Accountants. Check if all processes (procedures) are applied and respected.
- Support of the Financial Reporting activities (for supporting documentation relating to the unregulated structures).
- Respect deadlines agreed in the Operating memorandum (with all other service providers).
- Ensure that the services are in alignment with group decisions and global operating models
CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
- Ensure proper communication with clients
- Ensure proper communication within the business line and with other internal departments
- Ensure proper resolution of issues including with other internal department
- Support the product development activities (if required)
- Ensure the business line is properly represented internally
- Ensure client retention through proper service delivery and active support of client reviews
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Ensure an efficient operational service to clients with proper following of processes
- Respect rules and procedures in place within RBC Dexia
- Develop dedicated expertise in various matters (Merger, DEmerger, consolidation methodologies, etc... IAS/IFRS)
- Ensure flexibility and adaptability
- Support co sourced financial reporting activities
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE
- Ensure proper dedicated expertise on commercial accounting topics and consolidation
- Align with latest IAS-IFRS development to provide accurate figures
- Management of various GAAP
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
- University or post-Graduate degree with experience in operations with dedicated experience in REPE sector or commercial company firms (5-10 years)
- Ability to communicate with various providers (internally and externally).
- Knowledge of business strategy and priorities as well as excellent understanding of bank business operations and processes and quality execution experience.
- Ability to represent RBC Dexia internally and externally
