Senior Finance Analyst recruitment
Investigo are recruiting a senior finance analyst for a top tier retail bank to challenge the FD. You will define and establish the appropriate operating model for the Finance structure. This is a newly created role for a high flying self starter:
This is a wide-ranging, commercially-focused role driving the performance of the Cards businesses.
- You will have key stakeholders in Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece.
- This is a broad, wide-ranging role to provide analytic and commercial finance support to a portfolio of businesses in change.
- You will carry out forecasting, business performance management, planning, decision support, initiative evaluation to the european retail cards business.
- The role will work closely with the commercial and other teams supporting European Retail Banking Cards (marketing, marketing analytics, operations and technology)
- Performance reporting, continuous improvement, decision support and analtics
- Team recruitment
- Business planning consolidation
- Acquisitions, partnerships and co-brands customer management
- Design and deliver business cases to senior stakeholders
- Support for results announcements and investor relations
This is a high profile, broad role, requiring strong relationship, management and analytical skills, to be seen as credible. The successful candidate will need to be able to deliver well through others, due to the size and complexity of the agenda. The role operates under a matrix structure, with the role having a number of key business customers (for example local country cards heads).
