Senior Finance and Commercial Manager
Essex/ Suffolk border
My client a large manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Haverhill is looking to recruit a Senior Finance and Commercial Manager. The successful candidate for this challenging position will work along side managers and directors and must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent Financial, administration and communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- High customer service skills
- A keen commercial sense with insight into pricing and commercial cost strategies
- The ability and flexibility to perform a vital role within a small business
- A sense of humour is essential!
Responsibilities will include
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and KPI's
- Management of the company's ISO 9001 quality system
- Dealing with insurance brokers, banks and legal matters including debt collection
- Job costings
- Sales staff commissions
- Overseeing development projects
- Managing staff issues
Due to early retirement the company are looking for someone to join them quickly so a successful handover can go ahead.
