A leading banking group is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner within their IT finance function. The role holder will act as the key point of contact for senior managers within the IT business in relation to finance and will be responsible for leading a team of 3. The key responsibilities of the role include overseeing the reporting of divisional and project costs, consolidating forecasts and budgets and providing an advisory service in relation to business case creation. The successful applicant will also be expected to drive change within the area so a proven track record in this field will be advantageous. The hiring manager is keen to see qualified accountants with the relevant business partnering experience however they have stressed that financial services experience is NOT essential.
