Senior / Finance & Corporate Manager recruitment
You will be reporting directly to Managing/Executive Directors and are required to
- Lead and manage the Corporate Team;
- Consolidate financial reports of company and its subsidiaries;
- Deliver timely and accurate financial and management reports for company and its subsidiaries/incubatees;
- Manage working capitals and cash flow of company;
- Work closely with Operation Teams to review and enhance internal controls, work procedures and policies, with financial implications;
- Liaise with external partners such as Auditors,Tax Agents, Legal Advisor, Company Shareholders.
Requirements:
- CPA, Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications with 8 ~ 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years in senior supervisory positions
- Possess strong communications, written and interpersonal skills
- Must be independent, resourceful, disciplined and highly motivated
- Ability to multitask, good time management and work under tight timeline
- Well-organized, meticulous, independent and responsible.
