Senior Finance Manager – Digital recruitment
You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your own team of finance managers and financial analysts. You will work closely with merchandising managers, supply chain managers and vendor managers to source the most company-friendly outcomes. In addition to managing the team you will also be responsible for forecasting, variance analysis, strategic decisions and the launching of new products.

In order to be considered for this role the following requirements are strongly preferred:
• A significant number of years finance and/or accounting experience ideally within the digital / electronics industry;
• Experience of managing and motivating a growing team;
• Be comfortable working in cross-functional teams demonstrating strong leadership skills;
• An MBA or professional accounting qualification is strongly preferred;
• Financial analysis experience alongside accounting experience is highly desirable;
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and interact directly with senior leadership teams;
• Possess superior attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously;
• Strong analytical skills are required;
• Fluency in standard software including Excel, Access and SQL.
