Senior Finance Manager Forecasting & Planning recruitment
The Forecast and Planning team is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the 3 year business plan and the quarterly forecasts including PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and capital measures, together with statutory and economic solvency measures, with a range of KPIs.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Big 4
- ACA qualified
- Prior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Insurance or Financial Services.
- Large organisation exposure
- Group level exposure
- Excellent report writing and commentary skills
On an annual basis the FP team take a significant lead in the group planning process, alongside group strategy, leading on the financial planning process, providing support to the Group CFO. As a Senior Finance Manager you will gain high level exposure to senior management so communication and presentation skills are extremely important. On a quarterly basis the team prepare forecasts, reprojecting the current Group Plan. The team is also responsible for managing the financial targets process from the group Remuneration Committee which involves close interaction with executive management.
Experience:
- Delivery of Financial Forecasting
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
- Planning Forecasting
- Management of the Financial Planning and Execution
- Plan Delivery
- Executive board level exposure
- High quality report and commentary writing.
- Group exposure is ideal as is insurance however Financial Services will be considered.
