To enable the ambitious expansion strategy we are pursuing, we are looking to strengthen our team with a (Senior) Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be a Senior Accountant, Auditor or Controller with min. 3 years demonstrated work experience from either one of the leading audit companies or have worked in a corporate group finance environment. Key requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business; MBA and/or CPA a plus
- Very good English skills as well as s generally strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with GM's and Group Finance
- Ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic and ambiguous start-up environment: Highly motivated able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight delivery deadlines
- Ability to influence without much authority great business partnering skills
- A can-do attitude toward problem solving embracing a strongly growing start up
