About our Client
Our client is a leader in their field, with a long and proud history of providing essential services. They have grown to be a national organisation, with diverse revenue streams and investments. Due to the continued growth of the organisation, they are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their corporate finance team.
Job Description
Reporting to and working closely with the Group Finance Manager you will take responsibility for key areas of the finance function, including treasury, capital accounting and transactional finance. You will be responsible for engaging with financial institutions in relation to debt facility management and bank governance. In addition you will oversee the capital accounting for the organisation including reporting to the capital expenditure committee. This role will see you supported by a sizable finance team and require you to also prepare content papers for presentation at Board level.
The Successful Applicant
You will be CPA/CA qualified and have a broad accounting background covering financial, management and capital accounting. In addition you will have good treasury experience and will have prepared and presented reports and contents papers at Board level. This role will require a strong commercial acumen, excellent organisation and communication skills and proven management experience.
