Senior Finance System Processes Lead
This US MNC is one of the key players in information services and management and has built up a reputation for providing employees with genuine career progression and development. TheSingaporeoffice acts as the regional HQ and is currently expanding its finance team. The expansion is a part of the ongoing efforts to enhance and develop finance systems and tools to ensure they stay relevant to the users and stakeholders.
The Senior Finance System Processes Lead will play a lead role in managing the improvement of the systems, including upgrades and the introduction of new systems/processes. The lead will also be responsible for ensuring adoption and support for all users across the region. The person will also support the Finance Director in controls and compliance initiatives, including risk management.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage Hyperion Planning HFM enhancements and upgrades
- Work with stakeholders to fully understand business and systems requirements
- Document and conduct training on application usage
- Create user / training documentation
- Develop project plans and manage activities to deliver improvements to schedule
- Work with all countries in ensuring appropriate controls are in place and all policies are complied with
Key Requirements
- Finance / Accounting degree
- 6+ years experience in project and change management, preferably with large MNCs
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Planning, and Budgeting
- Advantageous to have strong knowledge in Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Load Rules
