Senior Finance Transformation Manager
An exciting opportunity to join this FTSE 100 market leading Global brand, my client is urgently looking to recruit a Senior Finance Transformation Manager. Based in London with both UK and international travel you will be responsible for the full end to end delivery of the finance and system critical projects associated with the global roll out of Oracle R12. The first year of this role will be focussed on the UK with the next 2-3 years looking to role out best practice and transform the international divisions before moving on to a bigger role within this FTSE 100 corporate.
Candidates in this instance will have a proven track record in delivering end to end finance transformation programmes specifically with large ERP interfaces. The main areas of the end to end life cycle include:
- Define and deploy new finance processes including R2R, P2P and O2C
- Provide solution design, business process change and functional specification
- Ensure new processes fully meet statutory, regulatory and controls requirements of the group
- Design and build enterprise data models and implementing data governance and management reporting
Review project progress status and being the key liaison between Finance and IT stakeholders
Deployment of technical and finance process change
Being the escalation point for any project work stream issues and change requests
- End to end project management delivery within a finance transformation programme specifically focussing around large ERP's such as Oracle or SAP
- Skilled in dealing with a range of stakeholders specifically with CFO's and Global Head's of Finance
- An Accountancy and a project management qualification is essential
You will need to have demonstrable experience in;
