Senior Financial Accountant - CPA

An established, publicly traded, international firm that leads their market in the quality of their products, services and people is searching for an insightful, results-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to join their Corporate Accounting Team. The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for the complex accounting and reporting activities surrounding the organization’s strategic investments, as well as performing intangible impairment reviews, and in-depth technical accounting research. The Senior Financial Accountant will report to the Technical Accounting Manager and will have a great deal of visibility and interaction with corporate, divisional and regional teams across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA - REQUIRED.
- 3-4 years of financial accounting experience within a public accounting firm. Big 4 preferred.
- Must have strong technical accounting skills and knowledge (GAAP and SOX).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent modeling, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
