A rapidly growing facilities management company is seeking to recruit their first senior financial accountant to lead their finance team. Reporting to the CEO, you will have responsibility for the business reporting team and growing the function
As the company has grown so quickly they are now looking bring the function in house after historically used external accountants. You will create reports, prepare all monthly reports and advise the managers with business critical decisions. You will be responsible for overseeing the review and reconciliation of budgets, analysing results and working on various projects as the company grows as well as getting heavily involved in improving processes in the AP/AR function.
As a qualified graduate CA/CPA you will have set up a finance function previously. A good grounding in reporting with responsibility for the preparation and review of GL reconciliations and be heavily involved in payroll, monthly and statutory reporting is essential. An exposure the facilities management sector is an advantage or a background in an organisation with high labour costs
