A new opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join a highly successful Hedge Fund based in London, has arisen and are looking for the successful candidate to start immediately. This role offers the opportunity to go on a temporary to permanent basis.
As Senior Financial Accountant you will be responsible for producing all the financial accounts to the group and at product level. You will also ensure that all financial accounts are compliant with IFRS.
Main responsibilities of this role will also entail:
- Preparing IFRS accounts along with disclosure requirements
- Disclosure for various products under IFRS
- Preparing year end accounts
The successful Senior Financial Accountant will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience working under accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP or similar). Working as part of a small team you will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate ideas to a broad range of people. Experience working in Hedge Funds would be preferable but all backgrounds within Asset Management will be considered.
