Senior Financial Accountant – Property recruitment
A leading real estate investment management business within in excess of £10 billion of property assets under management is currently looking to recruit for a Senior Financial Accountant. The business invests in a number of trophy assets in central London, shopping centres throughout the country alongside a truly global commercial portfolio.
This Senior Financial Accountant role will cover UK and North American property assets and be responsible for financial control and group reporting for two real estate funds. You will prepare and review the statutory accounts for 30 companies, report half-yearly to the group function and maintain records in accordance with group processes and controls.
To successfully apply for this Senior Financial Accountant vacancy you will need to be ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified with a strong technical understanding of IFRS and UKGAAP, ideally you will have property financial accounting experience and be looking to take a step up in your career with the opportunity to work for a very well established a leading name within Investment Management.
