Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Development recruitment
Responsibilities:
Research and analyze potential candidates for growth opportunities.
Prepare financial analysis for opportunities including discounted cash flow (DCF) models and other valuation methods.
Contribute to business case preparations, working with the Business Units, to support deal proposals.
Participate in due diligence process of potential opportunities.
Contribute to research and preparation of market studies for growth opportunities.
Coordinate transaction integration planning working closely with Business Units and Corporate functions.
Support internal Strategic Planning process.
Moderate travel up to 20%; domestically and international.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA, CPA or CFA highly preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years work experience in a large accounting firm in the transaction practice, private equity, strategic consulting, investment banking or a multi-national manufacturing company.
Excellent analytical skills and superior computer skills (Excel, Power point) required including knowledge of how to analyze financial statements.
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team on a process/project.
