Role Description

Position

• Assistant Vice President/Vice President who will primarily perform functions for the DB Trust Company Delaware (DBTCD) Treasury/Structure Reporting department.  Additional support also needed for the Credit/Personal Trust department.

Primary Responsibilities

• DBTCD Treasury and Reporting:

-          Prepare daily cash position settlement; execute trade with DB Treasury desk

-          Perform monthly risk-based capital analysis

-          Prepare quarterly interest rate risk sensitivity analysis for the DBTCD ALCO and Board of Directors

-          Prepare and submit quarterly financial Call Report.

• FRB Structure Reporting:

-          Prepare and file monthly and annual reports for DBAG and DB Trust Corporation including the FR Y-10 and FR Y-6.  Act as liaison with FRB analyst. 

-          Follow up with legal vehicle controllers, business line management and regulatory legal on entity status clarifications and ensure timely filings.

• Perform DBTCD Compliance and Policy and Procedure functions.

• Administer CRA grant documentation requirements for DBA Americas Foundation grant process.  Serve as back up for sourcing CRA investment and lending transactions.

• Credit Analyst/Officer for Credit department.  Perform loan underwriting for CRA loan portfolio and analysis for DBTCD loan portfolio.

• Assist with Personal Trust administration.

• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Ability to read and understand organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking or Business Management with 4 plus years of relevant experience, ideally in financial analysis capacity.
