This global business is one of the world's leading financial services organisations with expanding operations both here and across Asia Pac. Due to this continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a standout candidate to join their high performance management reporting team.
Operating across the insurance business, you will provide analytical support to a broad range of senior managers . The role also focuses on assisting the business with views and analysis to drive and improve performance. Key duties will include:
- Participate in strategic projects and business case development
- Provide accurate, effective financial management reporting for the business
- Provide a financial perspective on key business discussions e.g. investment, pricing, operational efficiencies, acquisitions or sales
- Partner with business to explain performance results and identify performance opportunities
- Assessing business opportunities and providing commercial advice and input
- Proactively drill into and explain the financial performance of the business
- Supporting the business with ad-hoc financial analysis
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives to the reporting, planning and analysis processes
- Build, replace and update existing and new financial models
- Work in a collaborative and polite manner to deliver excellent customer service across the business
Successful candidates will be CA/CPA/CFA qualified with 3 + years in a previous analytical/decision support role, ideally within wealth management and/or insurance. Due to high level stakeholder interaction, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to be considered for the role.
