Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Duties: Recap Real Estate Advisors is seeking an analytically-minded professional, preferably with two to five years of experience in financial and quantitative analysis of debt and equity multi-family real estate portfolios. The position requires proficiency in multi-family and commercial real estate analysis, including but not limited to market analysis, cash flow analysis, valuation and the characteristics of various capital structures. Typical duties include collection of industry-, fund-, and property-level data from third parties; organizing and assembling data sets for analysis; financial analysis; statistical analysis; interpretation and explication of statistical analysis.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two to five years real estate finance experience
- Strong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in financial modeling and an advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of multifamily real estate development including market analysis, deal structuring, multifamily housing operations, is required
- Understanding of real estate partnership agreements and partnership interest valuations is very helpful
- Ability to organize, manage diverse tasks, and work with a team
- Familiarity with accounting and financial principles
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field required
- Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
