Job Summary
Assists the Finance Department in providing financial analysis and reporting, reconciles debt and lease related balance sheet accounts, and assists in preparing annual budgets.
Essential Functions
* Prepares various financial compliance reports for lenders and lessors.
* Supports management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
* Prepare quarterly debt and lease covenant calculations as well as covenant forecasts.
* Assists with due diligence for refinancing and acquisitions.
* Reconciles debt and related balance sheet accounts on a quarterly basis.
* Processes debt and lease payments and records related journal entries.
* Assists with preparation of annual budgets.
* Completes other special projects and analysis as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in finance, accounting or business administration from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of finance/accounting experience (CPA or PeopleSoft skills a plus).
