Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Job Description:
The Senior Financial Analyst position provides direct support to the Corporate Account sales organization. This involves understanding the Corporate Account customer programs and acting as a financial consultant to the Corporate Account sales associates in order to assist in growing and protecting the Corporate Account customer base and increasing profitability. This position will support the Institutional Division and analyze financial results related to corporate account activity as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct moderate to complex financial analysis
- Create and review pro forma PL’s for new and existing business
- Assist with pricing, refunds, flat fee and cost guarantee management and contract compliance
- Work directly with Corporate Account sales associates to understand and communicate the impact of their sales activity
- Provide support, ad hoc reporting and analysis to internal and external customers
- Assist in training and development of junior level associates as appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline
- 5+ Years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical aptitude and organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented, proactive and possesses a high level of integrity
- Advanced spreadsheet, graphics (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and financial systems skills
