Senior Financial Analyst Job in San Jose 95134, California US

Coordinate with the various teams to gather/consol bookings submissions that support WW revenue. This is currently a largely manual role at this point and as a result, will require heavy data manipulation. 

Good communication skills are a must as the role will be charged with attending calls w/the teams.  Additionally, this role will help to streamline the process around how orders are booked, making it more of a step by step standardized process so the ability to recommend/communicate best practices is key. 

Essentially, this role will provide FPA support to business partners while contributing to m/e, q/e close, monthly expense review and optimization, quarterly/annual financial planning, reporting and process improvement (and improving analytics).  Work on global theatres accruals, commissions, and process improvements. 

Some additional highlights:

Net Spread Management:

·Consolidate Weekly and 5 Quarter Net Spread forecasts (Net spread activities consist of rolling theater orders forecast vs revenue; capture key commentary; identify risks and opportunities associated with forecast)

·Prepare Monthly Executive pack with Net Spread Metrics

·Load all forecasts to the Opportunity Management and Forecasting (OMF) Tool

·Report Month end Forecast Status

Backlog/Bookings Analytics:

·Prepare weekly backlog package for weekly calls

·Run the weekly Bookings/Backlog review calls with select Theaters

·Influence the ordering behavior of the Distributor with key analytics

·Understand and correct when needed Customer Service messaging to the Distributor

Gross Margin Profitability:

·Prepare quarterly Gross Margin package

·Create a new view to better capture Distribution margin impacts
