Senior Financial Crime Policy SME
Universal Banking group EMEA Wealth/Retail division is looking to engage a senior Financial Crime SME to undertake a lead in assessing and understanding the implications of new and emerging legal/regulatory requirements relating to Anti Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABC) and Sanctions.
Financial Crime Compliance demonstrates through its’ regional and functional structure that the business has the necessary controls systems in place to comply with all legal regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Core focus:
• Update or establish Financial Crime Policy and Standards, ensuring that they adhere to the requirements as outlined by the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Ensuring all changes are made, tracked and signed off.
Experience:
• Deep Financial Crime (Sanctions, AML, Anti-Bribery and Corruption) experience, from a complex financial markets institution
• Experienced in writing policy documentation
• Experienced in managing relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial focus
