WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES WILL I HAVE AS A SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING ANAYLSIS ANALYST?

• Ownership of the forecasting and planning processes, delivering a credible (timely, accurate, complete, based on reasonable commercial data or assumptions, and providing a true picture of the performance and associated risks/issues) product to the Head of FPA.

• Management of the forecasting and planning processes ensuring that they runs smoothly, are continually improved.

• Developing strong relationships across the finance and business community – this will require the successful candidate to work closely with the CFO and at times, the EMEA CEO.

• Communicating and liaising with business and finance colleagues in order to investigate performance, develop opportunities and present results. Delivering complex financial and business issues in a simple and straightforward manner.

• Contributing to the production of reports and presentations including statutory report and accounts, media and press releases of all kinds and agency presentations and materials

• Supporting FPA analysts in their personal and professional development

SO WHAT DO I NEED?

We would expect the candidate to complete this role for 1-3 years but could then move into:

• More senior Analyst or roles dealing with more complex and challenging subject matter to deepen expertise

• Finance Business Partner or Finance MA Leader roles

• Team leadership roles to gain people management experience

With management experience, FPA Leader roles or general management roles elsewhere in the business
